Worksoft Integrates with JIRA Bug Tracking Tool

Worksoft has announced that Worksoft Certify® is now integrated with Atlassian’s JIRA issue and project management software. The integration with JIRA allows users to capture and track the results of Worksoft Certify’s automated business process tests and easily submit incident tickets directly into JIRA, utilizing a customer’s existing workflows and defect management processes. Worksoft Certify’s integration within JIRA workflows offers users an efficient and effective means to view data, report issues and seek resolution.
The new capability was developed in response to growing use of cloud-based ALM solutions among Worksoft’s Fortune 1000 customers and a desire by those customers to leverage their existing software investments.
